For Garrison's Birthday, we went up to Branson, MO. It was warm for the first 3 days and freezing cold the last day we were there. His Birthday ended up on Thanksgiving this year. We went to Cracker Barrell for our Thanksgiving meal. Only an Hour wait. Not too bad for Thanksgiving. Ha Ha. We did enjoy a Turkey lunch. After lunch we went to the fish hatchery at the base of the Tablerock Lake Dam. This is fun and cheap entertainment. We spent an hour there walking around. We learned it takes 2-3 years before the trout are about 12 inches long. At this point they are big enough to be put in the lake.
After feeding the fish, we went to Silver Dollar City. It is a mix of an upscale Lagoon and a craft mall rolled into one, it is nestled in the Ozarks Mountain range so half the rides are on the top of the mountain and the other half are down in the valley. We have fun there. They have lights everywhere. They have a Christmas tree that is 4-5 stories high decked with lights that blink to Christmas Music. When we went Thursday night it was perfect weather. We were fine in jackets, when we went back Sat. it was freezing cold. Everyone was layered with hats, gloves and anything else to keep warm. It may not have been so bad except for the wind.
This picture here is from Silver Dollar City.

This picture is for our niece and cousin Ana. Her 1st grade class had a story about Flat Stanley, she mailed him to us, so we decided to take him to the Wal*mart home office sign and The 5 and 10 store; Bud Walton's original Wal*mart. So for those of you who have never made it to see us yet, just look at what you are missing!

Halloween
It's Halloween
Miranda is Belle, Wyatt is Stockton, Parker is Spiderman, Devin is Harry Potter and Garrison is a Ghost. Not to many Trick or Treaters this year. We had fun anyway. We went up to a friends house for treats and sweets. The kids had a blast.
