Christmas Parade 2008
Here we are at the Bentonville town parade.
I only took pictures of the most important part
of the parade as you can see. We do have one
addition to the family that day. We are watching
Aidan whose parents went to the Temple.

Wyatt Sleeping
I put a movie on for Wyatt Friday night and when I went to check on him 10 minutes later I found a handsome sleeping baby. He is our little copy cat. Lately, if the kids do anything you can bet Wyatt will be doing it a minute later. If you are laying down on your stomach reading a book, he will be next to you, if you are cooking, he is on a stool next to you. Hopefully, in the next few days I can download he and Parker jumping into the leaves. How Fun!

Christmas Tree 2008

Here we are 'Rocking around the
Christmas Tree' having a jolly time
Christmas Tree' having a jolly time
letting the kids put up all the
decorations. Yay, mom didn't have
to do it. The kids did a pretty
snazzy job. So far, Wyatt does a
pretty good job of ignoring the tree.
Usually we put it up before Garrison's
Birthday, this year we did it after
because we headed up to Branson.

Wyatt walking up stairs!
To some this may not be to exciting, but Wyatt
is walking up and down the stairs by himself. They
were just the right height for his little legs.
Tryng to get a kid picture (movie)
Wyatt did not want to be in the picture. He wanted
to take the picture.

For Garrison's Birthday, we went up to Branson, MO. It was warm for the first 3 days and freezing cold the last day we were there. His Birthday ended up on Thanksgiving this year. We went to Cracker Barrell for our Thanksgiving meal. Only an Hour wait. Not too bad for Thanksgiving. Ha Ha. We did enjoy a Turkey lunch. After lunch we went to the fish hatchery at the base of the Tablerock Lake Dam. This is fun and cheap entertainment. We spent an hour there walking around. We learned it takes 2-3 years before the trout are about 12 inches long. At this point they are big enough to be put in the lake.
After feeding the fish, we went to Silver Dollar City. It is a mix of an upscale Lagoon and a craft mall rolled into one, it is nestled in the Ozarks Mountain range so half the rides are on the top of the mountain and the other half are down in the valley. We have fun there. They have lights everywhere. They have a Christmas tree that is 4-5 stories high decked with lights that blink to Christmas Music. When we went Thursday night it was perfect weather. We were fine in jackets, when we went back Sat. it was freezing cold. Everyone was layered with hats, gloves and anything else to keep warm. It may not have been so bad except for the wind.
This picture here is from Silver Dollar City.

This picture is for our niece and cousin Ana. Her 1st grade class had a story about Flat Stanley, she mailed him to us, so we decided to take him to the Wal*mart home office sign and The 5 and 10 store; Bud Walton's original Wal*mart. So for those of you who have never made it to see us yet, just look at what you are missing!

Halloween
It's Halloween
Miranda is Belle, Wyatt is Stockton, Parker is Spiderman, Devin is Harry Potter and Garrison is a Ghost. Not to many Trick or Treaters this year. We had fun anyway. We went up to a friends house for treats and sweets. The kids had a blast.

Parker's Birthday
They painted pumkins and ate hot dogs for his party.

Parker's Birthday finally arrived. He had been waiting to turn 4, for about 2 or 3 months. Every time I made a cake or cupcakes he thought it was his birthday, so in the last few months or so he has had a few birthdays.
His birthday was on Sunday and we had his party on the following Tuesday. I asked him before he went to bed on Sunday if he was 4 yet and he told me 'No, I haven't had my party yet.'
Max Bingham, Parley Koster, Jay Conover and Parker 'now 4' Brooksby. His girlfriend Noelle Anderson was sick and not able to make it. Parker was not too happy about that.
